Who we are

These terms apply to everything you buy on henevor.com.

Prices and shipping

All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT.

Shipping costs €7.95 within the Netherlands, €19.95 to the rest of Europe and €75 to countries outside Europe. You see the total before you pay.

Outside the European Union, import duties or local taxes may be charged on delivery. Those are yours to pay.

Ordering and paying

You pay via Mollie, by iDEAL, card or Apple Pay. Your purchase is final once the payment has gone through. You then get a confirmation by email.

Making and delivery

Custom work, like a Mega Ice Cream in your colours, is made within 5 working days after payment. Other work is sent within a week.

The carrier’s delivery time comes on top. If I can’t make it in time, I’ll let you know. You may then cancel free of charge and get your money back.

Made by hand

Every piece is made and finished by hand. Small differences in colour, gloss and shape are part of that and are not a defect. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real piece.

Returns

Custom work can’t be returned or exchanged. It is made for you, to your choices, so there is no right of withdrawal (Dutch Civil Code, article 6:230p sub f). You confirm this when you pay.

Work that is not custom made may be returned within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Let us know by email within those 14 days, and send the work back within 14 days after that, undamaged and well packed. Return shipping is yours to pay. You get your money back within 14 days, including the original shipping costs.

Damaged or not right

Does your piece arrive damaged, or is something not right? Email within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the piece and the packaging. We’ll find a solution together: repair, a new piece or your money back. Your statutory rights always apply, custom work included.
